I will say that some of my problems were user errors as perhaps I was trying move too quickly, but they were not likely totally untypical errors.

The original 3-day delay resulted in a month's delay in using 1Password as I had no windows of available time again to work on the problem. Perhaps I just hit a bad time with the 3-day response, but even next day is frustrating when one is in the middle of trying to solve a problem. I had better response time later, with one same day response, and 2 next day responses.

I submitted a diagnostic report regarding import problems as I was starting to use 1Password and the response came 3 days later. My one complaint is the time it takes to get a response to a submitted problem. Overall the support staff were excellent and helped me solve my problems. My review covers my entire onboarding experience. IT'S BACK! Thanks dev team for respecting my security preferences. Yesterday, I got an email with a list of improvements made to the app I didn't see the security feature in the list, but thought I'd check my app just in case. Honestly, I was disappointed to the point that I looked for a replacement. 5 or 6 months went by and I reached out again, requesting the feature I was told that the devs are aware that some customers wanted the feature back, but no indication of when (or if) the feature would reappear was shared. I immediately reached out to the 1Password community, and the 1Password dev team explaining my position and requesting that the feature be "put back". To manually enter my master password was a hassle. For personal reasons, I did not want to use biometrics. A year ago or so I updated the app on my iPhone and a security feature that I like disappeared (the ability to unlock the app using my 4-digit PIN). I had tried many "password managers" before finding 1Password, but none of them "stuck". I use the app in my browser on my desktop computer, and on both of my mobile devices: iPhone and iPad.
